FLA Farms is seeking a bright and motivated Graduate Agribusiness Associate to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to understand the financial and operational aspects of modern agriculture. You will be involved in diverse areas, from daily farm management to strategic agribusiness planning and content development.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing crop and livestock operations, tracking farm yields and costs, and contributing to the design of profitable farm investment packages. You will also play a key role in capturing and sharing engaging farm content through photos and videos, working collaboratively to enhance team efficiency and output.

We are looking for individuals with a background in Agriculture or Agribusiness, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in farming as a business. The ability to work comfortably on-site and communicate effectively is essential.
