Bukateria is seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Data Auditor to join their expanding team in Abuja. This critical role is designed to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of branch data, covering sales, inventory, kitchen production, and operational reporting.
The Data Auditor will act as a key control point, verifying records, reconciling reports, identifying potential issues, and providing reliable operational insights to management. This position requires a proactive individual who understands that behind every data point lies a crucial operational process that must be sound and efficient.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate daily sales records across all branch payment channels
- Reconcile sales figures, payment records, and branch summaries
- Audit inventory movement, stock issuance, and usage records
- Cross-check store outflow against kitchen production and food yield
- Review food display, returns, waste, and sales alignment
- Identify discrepancies, leakages, duplicate entries, and unsupported figures
- Ensure branch reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Prepare exception reports and escalate major irregularities
- Support stronger internal controls and reporting discipline at branch level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in audit, internal control, inventory control, operations analysis, or data verification
- Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or food service operations is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured reports
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and numerical accuracy
- Ability to investigate inconsistencies and communicate findings clearly
