Jamub Group is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Head, Human Capital Management & Administration in Abuja.

This pivotal position involves leading HR strategy, talent management, and administrative operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent attraction and retention strategies, and overseeing staff appraisal systems (KPIs and OKRs).

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM) is mandatory
  • 8–9 years HR/Admin experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in construction or FMCG is an added advantage
