Job Description
Reposebay HR is seeking an Entry-Level HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support HR consulting and advisory services for assigned clients or business units in Lagos.
This role is designed for an early-career HR professional eager to gain hands-on experience in HR advisory, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. You will work closely with senior HR leaders to implement HR processes, manage employee lifecycle activities, assist with policy execution, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily HR operations.

- Supports the delivery of HR consulting and advisory services to assigned clients or internal business units.
- Focuses on implementing HR processes and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
- Assists with policy execution and ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Gains hands-on experience in HR advisory, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and HR operations.
- Works closely with senior HR leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (internship or NYSC experience acceptable)
- Exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
