Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to boost bookings and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
  • Lead proactive sales outreach, manage follow-ups, and drive conversion activities to secure new business.
  • Oversee and manage the Sales Affiliate network to expand reach and drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for candidates from the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and effectively manage social media platforms.
  • A results-driven mindset coupled with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused, and dynamic work environment.
