Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to join our thriving fintech organization. This role is integral to driving customer acquisition and engagement through sophisticated digital strategies.

In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of digital nudging campaigns across various channels, including Push, SMS, and WhatsApp. Your primary objective will be to guide customers seamlessly through their journey with our financial products, from initial onboarding to repeat usage and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted digital nudging campaigns across the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, KYC, eligibility checks, first usage, repeat usage, repayment, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and manage precise customer segments using behavior, transaction history, risk profile, and lifecycle stage.
  • Set up automated trigger-based campaigns in CRM and customer engagement platforms.
  • Craft high-converting campaign messaging (copy, CTA, timing, and frequency) optimized for Push, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, repeat usage, and repayment response.
  • Run A/B tests regularly and share actionable insights to improve results continuously.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Collections, Design, and BI teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth campaigns.
  • Previous experience in Fintech, Lending, Payments, or FMCG is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with customer engagement tools such as Insider, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in customer segmentation, funnel optimization, and campaign automation.
  • Good analytical abilities — proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required; SQL is a big plus.
  • Excellent short-form copywriting skills for mobile-first channels (Push, SMS, WhatsApp).
