Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product vision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to solve complex customer and business problems. Your responsibilities will span the entire software development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to prioritization and value tracking.

This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities

  • Uncover customer jobs to be done, pain points, and opportunities for new product provision.
  • Work with the team to drive outcomes that support organizational goals and product strategy.
  • Take ownership of key stages of the software development lifecycle: discovery, ideation, prototyping, prioritization, and value tracking.
  • Maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders on progress and challenges.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Provide a clear understanding of upcoming functionality and its strategic value.
  • Write documentation explaining product functionality and usage.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with modern product discovery and delivery practices, including user research, experimentation, and iterative delivery.
  • Experience working closely with engineers, designers, or delivery partners on technology-enabled products.
  • A customer-focused mindset with experience gathering feedback and using data/insights for product decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with others to solve problems and focus on shared goals.
  • Experience managing/building financial services products (e.g., Loans, Mortgages, Deposit Accounts) is a plus.
  • Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Enterprise B2B SaaS company is a plus.
  • Experience working in multiple geographies is a plus.
