Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic Account Management team. In this critical role, you will serve as the operational backbone for all creative campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered on time, no detail is overlooked, and our Account Managers can focus on strategic client relationships and campaign development.
You will be deeply integrated across multiple client accounts, overseeing the complete delivery lifecycle from initial brand onboarding to final creative output. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, ideal for someone who thrives on orchestrating complex projects.
Your core responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end User-Generated Content (UGC) process, coordinating shoot logistics and production timelines, and ensuring smooth campaign onboarding. You will maintain accurate, real-time content schedules, provide proactive internal communication, and foster strong relationships with creators and influencers to ensure consistent, high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UGC process, from creator briefing and onboarding to content review and delivery.
- Manage shoot logistics and production timelines, acting as the operational link between the Account lead and the Production team.
- Confirm campaign timelines and understand brand requirements during account onboarding.
- Own and maintain accurate, real-time content schedules across all accounts, reflecting live delivery status.
- Keep Account Managers proactively updated, flagging risks early and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers for smooth processes and consistent deliveries.
- Review assets before they reach the Account Manager to ensure quality control.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a project management, operations, or production coordination role.
- Agency experience is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset.
- Strong, clear, and reliable communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously without errors.
- Familiarity with UGC, content production, or performance creative workflows is a significant plus.
