Perry Homes is seeking a skilled Revit Architectural Drafter to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for developing detailed residential construction blueprints for new and existing plans, elevations, and options.

In this position, you will be responsible for producing and documenting residential construction blueprints, ensuring they meet daily deadlines. You will analyze and submit new plan, elevation, and option drawings for review, and create Bills of Materials essential for accurate material takeoffs. Collaboration with the Estimating Department is key to align estimating and production best practices.

You will also revise existing residential construction blueprints to reflect plan modifications and monthly changes, and generate Bills of Materials for estimation purposes.
