Job Description

BH.NS Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

This role is crucial for providing on-site architectural supervision, ensuring that construction activities strictly adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic requirements.

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of architectural elements, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring the successful realization of design intent.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site architectural supervision and guidance throughout the construction phase.
Ensure all architectural works, including finishes and façade systems, comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other site personnel to resolve architectural issues.
Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings related to architectural elements.
Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress, and any deviations from the design.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in site architectural supervision.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
Experience with façade systems and exterior cladding is advantageous.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant architectural software is a plus.
