Job Description

BH.NS Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Design Manager/Senior Architect to lead architectural design efforts in Dubai.

This role requires a creative and strategic individual to oversee the design process for diverse construction projects, ensuring innovative and functional architectural solutions.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing designs, managing design teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to final documentation.
Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other design documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Professional architectural license or equivalent accreditation.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
