Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Front Desk Officer Intern to join our team in Lagos.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment, focusing on guest reception and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include greeting and attending to guests, clients, and staff with professionalism, as well as efficiently answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. You will also be responsible for managing the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times, and handling essential administrative tasks such as mail sorting and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (NYSC candidates or fresh graduates preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Smart-looking and very presentable.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
