Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager with extensive experience in HR outsourcing and a deep understanding of the Nigerian HR landscape to lead our service delivery in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end service delivery excellence across multiple outsourcing clients. You will be responsible for optimizing internal workflows through automation and data analytics, ensuring 100% compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws across all operations, and leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performance operations team.

Your focus will be on ensuring the consistent delivery of SLAs and operational KPIs, while continuously improving operational processes and efficiency. This is an opportunity to leverage your strategic mindset and proven leadership skills in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

7–10 years’ experience, with strong HR outsourcing background
Strong understanding of Nigerian HR practices and labour laws
Strategic mindset with strong focus on KPIs and operational efficiency
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
CIPM, PHRi, or SHRM certification is a strong advantage
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced service environment
