Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing complex operational environments.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
- Proficiency in relevant operational software and tools.
