Job Description

Al Jazeera International Catering is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to manage their inventory operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous receiving, inspection, and verification of all incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes. You will maintain comprehensive and precise store documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, requisitions, and inventory records, which are vital for operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in storekeeping or inventory management being a significant advantage. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the hotel or catering industry is required, along with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Familiarity with inventory or ERP software is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate team player qualities with excellent leadership skills. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
