Logistics Officer – Workshop

Nexaxpert is a company based in Dubai that operates within the logistics sector, specifically focusing on workshop operations. They are looking for a Logistics Officer to manage various aspects of their workshop, including the coordination of fleet vehicles, movement of equipment between different locations (workshop, yard, and sites), and maintaining inventory of essential items like tools, spare parts, and consumables. The role also involves handling all necessary logistics documentation and reporting, and liaising effectively with drivers, transporters, and internal teams.

Nexaxpert is seeking a skilled Logistics Officer to manage workshop operations in Dubai.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of equipment between the workshop, yard, and various project sites, ensuring efficient and timely transfers. You will also manage vehicle tracking, allocation, and maintenance schedules to optimize fleet performance. A key part of your role will involve maintaining accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables, and handling all necessary logistics documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in logistics or workshop operations, with a preference for experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial logistics. You should possess a strong understanding of fleet management and inventory control principles, and be proficient in Excel and ERP systems. Excellent coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers, transporters, and internal teams are essential.
