Codar is actively seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to join our growing team.

This hybrid role, based in Ikeja, offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in the EdTech sector.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our client base and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Present proof of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in client conversion.
  • EdTech sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Experienced female applicants are preferred.
  • Candidates must present proof of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Male applicants are also welcome but with evidence of performance results.

Benefits & Perks

  • Basic Salary: ₦300,000
  • Commission: 3% of an expected monthly revenue target of ₦4,500,000
