Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the success of real estate product launches and sales.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, developing effective pricing strategies, and creating compelling sales materials. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing departments to foster revenue growth and ensure we consistently meet and exceed buyer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include initiating and managing the entire sales process, from identifying and engaging potential leads to closing deals efficiently. You will partner with the Product Manager to conceptualize and launch new real estate developments, focusing on maximizing sales performance. A key aspect of this role involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform our strategies.
You will also play a crucial part in developing go-to-market plans, defining product positioning, and highlighting unique selling propositions. Providing the sales team with essential marketing collateral and product knowledge will be vital. Furthermore, you will monitor sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track product performance, and propose strategies to accelerate sales velocity.
This position requires close collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure seamless alignment with customer needs. You will actively participate in client meetings and property tours, presenting insights and gathering valuable feedback.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive the sales process by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads through to closure within optimal timelines.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to conceptualize and launch real estate developments with a focus on sales performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Provide the sales team with marketing materials, product knowledge, and campaign support.
- Monitor sales KPIs, track product performance, and recommend strategies to improve sales velocity.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Participate in client meetings, property tours, and project launches to present insights and gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Proven experience in selling high-ticket or luxury products.
- Experience engaging High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of real estate market dynamics.
